Forest Trends starts partnership with PCAB and PPA

For 20 years, Forest Trends has promoted the conservation of forests and other ecosystems through the promotion of innovative economic incentives, environmental financing and monitoring, while collaborating with forest communities to secure their rights and cultures. In August, it joined the PPA. 

In addition to that, Forest Trends also joined the PCAB with the project "Nossa Floresta, Nossa Casa" (Our Forest, Our Home), which will support productive initiatives in eight indigenous lands and 14 different peoples in the states of Rondônia and Mato Grosso. The initiative aims to strengthen their productive processes related to biodiversity value chains (such as Brazil nuts) and their market access, while respecting the principles of ethical and sustainable trade and each community's own protocols.
