How to Add a Group Workspace Folder

1. Click the Group Workspaces tab:

 


2. From the Add new drop down menu, select folder:

 


3. In the Title field, enter the group's name (described in step 6 of the "How to Create a Group in Site Setup" tutorial) and click Save:

 


4. From the toolbar on the left, click Edit:

 


5. Change the Title field to the title of your group (also described in step 6 of the "How to Create a Group in Site Setup" tutorial):


6. From the toolbar on the left, click Manage Portlets and click Plone Leftcolumn:

 


7. Under Block/unblock portlets, from the Parent portlets drop down menu, select Block:



8. From the Add portlet drop down menu, select Classic portlet:

 


9. In the Template field, enter "portlet_group_email" and click Save:

 


10. From the Add portlet drop down menu, once again select Classic portlet:

 


11. In the Template field, add "portlet_group_members" and click Save:


12. Click the back arrow in your web browser and click the refresh button to see your portlets.
