How to Change Sharing Permissions of a Group

1. From the toolbar on the left, click Sharing:

 


2. Un-check the Inherit Permissions from a Higher Level check box and click Save:

 


3. In the search box, enter the group's name (described in step 6 of the "How to Create a Group in Site Setup" tutorial) and click Search:

 


4. If you would like group members to have the ability to add and edit in all folders in the group workspace, check all check boxes and click Save:

 


5. If you would only like to limit adding and editing to only particular folders in the group workspace, check the Can view check box and click Save:


6. To change permissions for individual folders in the group workspace, click the folder that you would like to change permissions for, and repeat steps 1 through 4.
